Bria relishes the opportunity to pass on to her pupils, the vocal technique, guidance and experience she has enjoyed and benefitted from. Bria works with children and adults age 13 years and up and can help students prepare for grades 1 to 8 AMEB or ABRSM singing exams as well as with entry into music colleges and conservatoires. Bria also teaches adults who want simply to improve their voices.
In addition to operatic technique and classical singing, Bria teaches musical theatre repertoire and is equally at home with this style, getting the best out of voices for this genre of theatre work and other microphoned performances. All Bria's teaching promotes the healthiest technique and voice production to eliminate any potential vocal problems and to make vocal control really easy. This unlocks true potential and leaves plenty of room to cultivate wow factor!
Bria is a Blue Card holder and regularly works with high school age students as a Raise mentor (http://www.raise.org.au/). Bria also tutors junior school students in reading.
Lessons are available at $60 per hour if taught at the singers home or $70 per hour if at the AMEB rooms due to room hire costs
Half hour lessons are $35 at the singers home or at the AMEB
